Most of the products we sell are manufactured to order.
We are a small enterprise and cannot sell/ship goods on approval or pending inspection and acceptance.
All our merchandise is exactly as described as shown on our website and brand new unless otherwise stated. Since our margins are quite small, and place mats are produced on demand and made to order, returns of merchandise are subject to a restocking fee unless merchandise is damaged or defective.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise. Shipping charges not refunded and are at the purchaser’s expense.
If you wish to return any item you MUST contact us BEFORE returning it and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Goods received without an RMA will be held unopened and not be processed. Requests for an RMA must be accompanied with your name, address, item description and REASON FOR RETURN.
When returned goods are inspected and received in like new condition as originally shipped, the appropriate refund will be issued.
DVDs and software, which can be easily copied, ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Defective DVDs will be replaced upon receipt after inspection, although defective DVDs are unlikely as each is tested before shipping.
Merchandise damaged in shipment MUST be reported to us and held for postal inspection WITH the shipping carton or envelope. No refunds can be made if this material is discarded.
All packages are mailed with a tracking number. Packages lost in the mail will be replaced free of charge.
GENERAL POLICY: We guarantee our products against defects in material, workmanship, and shipping damage, and will exchange those free of charge — but we do not accept returns for any other reason, absent a restocking fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Effective June 9, 2018, we no longer sell merchandise on this website. Accordingly, all previously listed merchandise is no longer available.
